Body awareness

The law of attraction, I am crazy about it. Every day I am experiencing this law in my life. I click one blog there I find the same thoughts, I bumped with persons with the same attraction. Now a days I have been practicing awareness exercise a lot. It is really helping me to compose my inner being. The exercise is very simple:

Lie down in supine….be aware of the surrounding…sound…..dog barking…..baby crying…..running fan…..aware of the thought…..thoughts I am thinking……breathing…..slowly the mind will calm down….be aware of the body parts….start with right…..toe….heels…..ankle…..calf…..knee…..thighs…..groins….naval… solar plexus…diaphragm….breast….throat….temple….hand….go on being aware of the various body part. The result, I am more focused, poised, alert, right thinking, peaceful, stress free and above all I get a good slumber.
